WCCCC Strategic Plan 2026-2029

In 2025, Western Chester County Chamber of Commerce started the journey of crafting a new strategic plan to provide a road map for objectives and goals for the next 3-year span. The process gathered feedback from partners, members, sponsors and stakeholders to evaluate where the organization is currently and where it aspires to be. In result, this plan was completed and serves as a living and evolving document that will empower the organization’s role and purpose in the region.

WCCCC encourages all members to participate in the Chamber mission; whether that be through serving on a Chamber Committee, Taskforce, or attending a Chamber Program or event. Each initiative we do at WCCCC is crafted by the members, for the members. Reach out to Rachel Cathell at [email protected] to find the right engagement opportunities for your business growth.
