The updates given by Honeybrook Township at the 2023 Municipal Update were:
- NO available parcels.
- Chestnut Ridge development is now building phases 2and 3: This will be 142 homes.
- Honeybrook Estates: 37 singles family homes
- Plans for 113 lots for mobile homes have just been approved.
- Preliminary plan for 7 new industrial lots has been approved.
- Warehouse going in on 322.
- DR Horton project is stalled. Partial plan is where it stands.
- Land preservation is robust.
- 4 new farms for preservation next year.
- Stormwater projects were completed.
- New Skate park in 3rd quarter of 2024.
- HBCP put on a wonderful Harmony Day.
