The updates given by Sadsbury Township at the 2023 Municipal Update were:
- Recently completed a project to transform the village of Sadsburyville by beautifying Lincoln Highway and improving pedestrian safety with side walks and traffic crosswalks.
- Lafayette Square complex is completing an expansion project and putting the finishing touches on a community building.
- The 400 home Sadsbury Park Neighborhood is just wrapping up its transition.
- Along Lincoln Highway, Sadsbury Square apartment complex is fast approaching completion.
- Athena’s Kafenio is quickly becoming a community gathering place.
- CTDI is planning an expansion.
- New Shopping Center including: Wendy’s, Supercuts, Chipotle, Aspen Dental, Wawa, and Mattress Firm. There is a new grocery store coming to town.
- Nova Way will help alleviate traffic congestion.
- A Sherwin-Williams will be going up next to CVS.
- Expecting an application for a Taco Bell.
- Population has doubled in the last two years.
- New Zoning to differentiate between the commercial western district and the community area in the east.
- All ordinances will soon be available online in a searchable database.
- Townships Comprehensive Plan will soon be re-evaluated. Goals include: improving pedestrian access and expand recreational areas. The goal is to have the eastern district be walkable.
