The updates given by Caln Township at the 2023 Municipal Update were:
- Municipal Drive Bridge, which was wiped out by Ida, has finally been repaired and reopened.
- Many residential projects have been started or completed, such as: The Willows at Valley Run Apartments, My Place Apartments and Townhomes, The Hills at Thorndale Woods, and The Villages at Hill View – recently approached about rezoning the co-en prop, with plans to turn it into another townhome development.
- Multiple new daycares, a farmers market, a coffee shop, Starbucks and Chipotle are almost completed.
- This year was the largest ever Caln Community Day.
- Beaver Creek Trail project is moving along; the trail will create a multi-use trail park that will connect to the western Chester County Trail.
